On behalf of the Linden-Peters Chamber of Commerce and the Cherry Festival Committee, I would like to invite you to help us promote and put on the 2026 Linden Cherry Festival. Your support plays a vital role in making this long-standing community tradition a success.
The 2025 Cherry Festival was once again a wonderful celebration for our community. With help and the support of so many, we were able to provide a vibrant and welcoming venue for families and visitors. The festival featured a large parade, a popular car show, performances by Linden High School and Middle School bands and choirs, a Sheriff’s Office drone demonstration, carnival rides, food booths, cherry pies, three live bands, numerous vendors, a Cherry Bake-Off, FFA fresh cherry sales, the always-anticipated Pie Eating Contest, and much more.
In addition, the week prior to the festival we proudly hosted the Cherry Queen Contest, which included a luncheon, an awards ceremony, and the awarding of college scholarships. We were honored to provide scholarships to the Cherry Festival Queen and each of her Princesses, an opportunity made possible through the generosity of supporters like you.
Great events don’t happen on their own. They require a dedicated committee, countless volunteer hours, and strong community backing, as well as those that can give a couple hours the day of the event. We are truly grateful to Linden-area businesses, families, and individuals who continue to support this event year after year.
As I have recently taken on the role of President of the Linden-Peters Chamber of Commerce, I am excited to build upon the success of past festivals and look ahead to the future. Planning is already underway for the 2026 Linden Cherry Festival, and we hope you will consider partnering with us.
