When one of the Linden Post Office wooden benches had been severely damaged by a vehicle, Daniel and Matthew Clary decided to replace both benches as their Linden-Peters 4-H community service project. Originally these benches were placed by the Linden Chamber of Commerce. Therefore they coordinated with the Chamber, Post Office and owner, Sam Orlando to confirm their design prior to construction. With the help of their father, Brian Clary, they researched materials, poured concrete over the rebar
into molds, stained and installed the benches you see today. Please take a moment and enjoy their beautiful benches when you are at the Post Office.
