Advisory Body to the Board of Supervisors and the San Joaquin County Planning Commission on such matters relating to the interest and welfare of the residents, which are or may be provided by San Joaquin County and other local agencies, including but not limited to, advice on matters of public health, safety, welfare, public works, and planning.
